Job Description

We're looking for an Expert C++ Software Engineer to take a leading technical role in the development of software for medical devices.

Lead the design and development of complex C++ applications.
Define technical approaches and contribute to software architecture and system design.
Guide component design, APIs, and integration with hardware and external systems.
Drive performance optimization, code quality, and long-term maintainability.
Support system integration, debugging, and technical problem-solving.
Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote engineering best practices.
Ensure compliance with development processes, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity across the SDLC.

Qualifications

9+ years of professional experience with C++ software development.
Strong expertise in software architecture and object-oriented design.
Experience building high-performance, scalable applications.
Strong debugging, performance tuning, and code review experience.
Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring development teams.
Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and AI-assisted development tools.

Nice to have:

Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
Familiarity with standards such as ISO 13485.
Experience with hardware integration, embedded systems, or device communication.
