We're hiring on behalf of our client โ a remote-first product company building and scaling a portfolio of profitable B2C subscription products for the US market across SaaS, AI-powered solutions, and consumer web and mobile applications.
Each product operates as an independent business with its own product, engineering, and growth teams. The company moves fast, relies on data, and focuses on building sustainable growth engines rather than chasing short-term wins.
The role
Our client is looking for a senior User Acquisition leader with deep Google Ads and Bing expertise to build and lead their paid acquisition function.
This is a highly strategic role for someone who understands not only how to run Google Ads and Bing campaigns, but how to build scalable acquisition systems, develop processes, grow a team, and make high-impact decisions across multiple products.
The founder is deeply hands-on in performance marketing and currently manages advertising personally. This role is being created specifically to build the PPC function and team from the ground up alongside the founder, taking full ownership of the future PPC organization while working closely with experienced product and company leadership.
What you'll own
Define and execute the long-term paid acquisition strategy across multiple B2C subscription products
Scale Google Ads and Bing as the primary acquisition channels while maintaining strong unit economics
Manage large acquisition budgets and continuously improve marketing efficiency
Build the PPC team, processes, reporting, and operational foundations from the ground up
Identify new growth opportunities, audiences, and acquisition strategies
Lead experimentation across campaigns, landing pages, messaging, and conversion funnels
Partner closely with Product, Analytics, Design, and Leadership to improve acquisition performance
Develop forecasting models, reporting frameworks, and scalable decision-making processes
Continuously optimize key business metrics including CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, ROMI, LTV, and overall acquisition efficiency
We're looking for someone who (must-have)
Has 5+ years of experience leading performance marketing or user acquisition for B2C digital products
Has experience in high-growth B2C SaaS, AI-powered, or consumer subscription businesses
Has deep hands-on expertise with Google Ads (and ideally Bing) and understands these platforms beyond their documentation
Knows the complexities of Google Ads account management, compliance, policies, unwritten platform rules, attribution, and large-scale optimization
Has managed significant acquisition budgets with clear business ownership
Has experience growing subscription-based or recurring revenue products, ideally for the US market
Thinks strategically while remaining comfortable diving into campaign-level details when needed
Has built or significantly scaled PPC teams and processes
Is proficient in Excel / Google Sheets / SQL and comfortable working with large data sets, analytics, experimentation, and forecasting
Enjoys working in fast-moving environments where ownership and initiative matter
Communicates fluently in English

Background in performance-driven companies in the subscription / mobile app space
Experience launching or scaling multiple products simultaneously
Curiosity for testing new acquisition channels and growth opportunities
