Our comprehensive platform helps organizations efficiently manage, secure, and automate their IT environments, driving operational efficiency and long-term business success.

Backed by Insight Partners, a leading global software investor, Kaseya has experienced sustained double-digit growth and continues to expand its global footprint. Today, Kaseya supports customers in more than 20 countries and manages over 15 million endpoints worldwide.

Founded in 2000, Kaseya has built a culture centered around innovation, accountability, and results. We are a high-growth, high-performance organization that values individuals who are driven, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers and teammates alike.

At Kaseya, success comes from embracing challenges, moving with urgency, and continuously raising the bar.

About the Role

Kaseya's SaaS Backup products protect M365, Google Workspace, and Salesforce data
for hundreds of thousands of businesses globally. We are building the next generation
of our backup storage platform — a unified, cloud-agnostic system designed for
massive scale.

As a Senior Engineer, you will build and ship features across the platform, work
closely with staff and principal engineers on design, and take ownership of
well-defined components with increasing autonomy over time.

What You Will Do

- Build reliable backend services in Go across the backup and restore pipeline
- Implement SaaS connectors that integrate with M365, Google Workspace, and
Salesforce APIs — handling authentication, pagination, delta sync, and
 error recovery
- Write thorough unit and integration tests; treat correctness as a first-class
 requirement
- Participate in code reviews and design discussions
- Debug and resolve production issues within your area of ownership
- Collaborate with DevOps on deployment, monitoring, and on-call support

What We Are Looking For

**Required**
- 5–8 years of software engineering experience
- Proficiency in Go or strong willingness to work in Go as the primary language
- Experience building and operating backend services on cloud infrastructure
 (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Familiarity with Kubernetes for service deployment
- Working knowledge of SQL databases and REST or gRPC APIs
- Good testing practices — you write tests alongside code, not after

**Nice to Have**
- Experience integrating with SaaS APIs (Microsoft Graph, Google Workspace APIs,
 or Salesforce Bulk API)
- Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, SQS, or similar)
- Exposure to cloud object storage (S3, GCS, or Azure Blob)
- Background in data-intensive or infrastructure-adjacent backend systems

Why Join

- Work on a greenfield platform at real scale, not a legacy maintenance project
- Learn from strong principal and staff engineers in a collaborative environment
- Clear growth path toward Staff Engineer for the right candidate
- Competitive salary and benefits
