Job Title: Social Media Moderator

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Online Reputation Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling online removals, monitoring digital content, and assisting in maintaining and improving clients’ online reputations. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and experience managing tasks through Asana.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage online reputation-related tasks and removal requests
  • Coordinate and track projects using Asana
  • Submit and follow up on online content removal requests across various platforms
  • Communicate with clients and internal team members regarding case updates
  • Maintain accurate records of completed and pending removals
  • Research and identify harmful or inaccurate online content
  • Ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines and quality standards
  • Assist with reputation management strategies and reporting

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Online Reputation Management, Online Removals, or a similar role is preferred
  • Familiarity with Asana or other project management tools
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Problem-solving and research skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience handling digital reputation cases or content moderation
  • Knowledge of search engines, social media platforms, and online reporting systems
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
