Job Description: CRM & Social Media Marketing Specialist (Logistics Industry)

We are looking for a creative and experienced CRM & Social Media Marketing Specialist with strong knowledge of Zoho CRM, LinkedIn marketing, and the U.S. trucking / logistics industry. The ideal candidate will help grow our client's brand presence, generate leads, and support marketing initiatives for a freight brokerage company.

Schedule: 9AM to 5PM EST (Monday to Friday)


About the Company

U.S.-based freight brokerage company offering LTL and FTL services across North America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update Zoho CRM, including leads, contacts, and campaign tracking.
  • Plan and execute LinkedIn marketing campaigns targeting shippers and logistics partners.
  • Create, edit, and optimize social media content (posts, poster ads, short videos).
  • Modify and improve existing graphics as needed.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, lead nurturing, outreach).
  • Develop creative marketing ideas to increase engagement and lead generation.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience in the U.S. trucking / logistics industry (LTL & FTL knowledge required).
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho marketing tools.
  • Strong experience in LinkedIn marketing and B2B social media strategies.
  • Experience with email marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to create and edit graphics, poster ads, and short videos (Canva, Adobe, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to bring new ideas to the table.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
