Job Title: Ecommerce Specialist/Digital Marketer

Location: Remote

Job Description: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Ecommerce Specialist/Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online sales platforms, developing and executing digital marketing strategies, and driving traffic and conversions to our ecommerce site. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing best practices, and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ecommerce Management: Manage and optimize our ecommerce platforms, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling and high-quality content for product descriptions, social media posts, email campaigns, and other digital marketing materials.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve strategies.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and product listings for search engines, manage PPC campaigns, and ensure a strong online presence.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, segmenting lists and targeting specific customer groups to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media metrics.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience on our ecommerce platforms, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities, adjusting strategies as needed to stay ahead.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Ecommerce Specialist or Digital Marketer.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure and optimize performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to create engaging content.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and PPC management.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic website updates.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer segmentation.
  • Strong understanding of online consumer behavior and trends.
