Job description

We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist to create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns for our client's real estate business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid search marketing and a proven track record of generating high-quality leads through Google Ads.

Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5 PM EST (Monday - Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and YouTube (when needed).
  • Conduct keyword research to target qualified real estate leads.
  • Write compelling ad copy tailored for real estate buyers and sellers.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions, cost efficiency, and lead quality.
  • Set up and manage audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
  • Implement conversion tracking and analyze campaign data to improve results.
  • Provide weekly or monthly performance reports and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on Google Ads trends and real estate market dynamics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (real estate industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of PPC strategy, keyword research, and conversion optimization.
  • Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
  • Experience with Google Ads tools, analytics, and tracking setup.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain results clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
