We are seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team and assist in growing our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, graphic design, and e-commerce, along with excellent organizational and communication skills. This is a remote position with flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design: Utilize Canva to create visually appealing marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, and email templates.
E-commerce Site Management: Build and maintain websites using Wix or Shopify for e-commerce.
Calendar Management: Assist with organizing and managing the team's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating deadlines.
Video Editing: Perform basic video editing for social media and marketing purposes.
Mass Mailing: Use Constant Contact to create and manage email campaigns and newsletters.
Social Media Management: Assist with managing the social media calendar and executing Facebook marketing campaigns.
AI Knowledge: Apply basic knowledge of AI tools for marketing and content creation.
