Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate service calls and ensure timely resolution of tenant concerns.
  • Handle rent-related communications, including payment updates and general inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the back support team to address tenant needs efficiently.
