Job Title: Telemarketer with Expertise in Cold Calling and Lead Generation

Location: Remote

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telemarketer with a proven track record in cold calling and lead generation. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing leads through effective communication and persuasion. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone skills, be highly motivated, and possess the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce company products/services
  • Generate and qualify leads through phone calls and other outreach methods
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to improve product/service offerings

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or lead generation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive abilities
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B sales or similar industry
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
