sofatutor ist eine digitale Lernplattform für fast 2 Millionen Kinder, Schüler*innen, Eltern und Lehrkräfte. Als Finance Operations & Projects Manager (gn) bist du die treibende Kraft hinter der Weiterentwicklung unserer Finance-Funktion. Du managst eigenverantwortlich Projekte – von der Post-Merger-Integration bis zur Implementierung neuer Tools und Automatisierungen – und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Prozesse skalierbar, effizient und zukunftsfähig bleiben. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Teams aus verschiedenen Bereichen zusammen und bringst Dinge wirklich voran.

Verantwortliches Managen und Durchführen von Projekten innerhalb der Finance-Funktion
Durchführung von Post Merger Integrations
Implementierung von Tools und Automatisierungen im Finance-Bereich sowie Prozessoptimierung
Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren Stakeholdern an abteilungsübergreifenden Entwicklungen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partner*innen (z. B. Steuerberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung)
