Role overview
You will be the driving force behind our Marketing communication in the Czech and Slovak markets.
Your main focus will be creating engaging content that resonates with local audiences and brings our brand to life across different channels.
You'll work closely with key stakeholders (General Manager, Head of Digital, and Brand Strategist) to define the overall direction and priorities, while taking ownership of content creation, campaign execution, and strengthening our local brand presence.
What you'll do
Create engaging content for Social Media, website, email campaigns, landing pages, and other marketing channels (this role is hands-on, you'll create content yourself, not just brief others!)
We're looking for someone comfortable representing the brand through videos, events, community activities, and social media content whenever it adds value.
Develop creative campaign concepts tailored to Czech and Slovak audiences.
Write compelling copy in Czech for digital campaigns and marketing materials.
Brief designers and collaborate with them to produce high-quality creative assets.
Manage and maintain our Social Media presence, ensuring consistent communication and engagement.
Plan and coordinate content calendars and Marketing campaigns.
Analyze content performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Conduct competitor research and identify trends, content opportunities, and new ideas.
Identify, establish, and develop strategic partnerships to expand our presence in the Czech and Slovak markets.
Represent ADI at industry events, meetups, and community gatherings to strengthen brand awareness.
Work closely with the General Manager to ensure all marketing activities align with business objectives.
