Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Integration

  • Translate the Leadership Team's strategic objectives into AI-powered solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
  • Design, develop and implement AI tools, agents and automation solutions across the organisation.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive, low-value tasks, allowing teams to focus on higher-value activities.
  • Ensure AI solutions align with business goals and support long-term organisational growth.

Data & Business Intelligence

  • Design, develop and maintain systems for collecting, organising and visualising business data.
  • Create dashboards and reporting tools that support performance monitoring and informed decision-making.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity and accessibility of business data across AI-powered systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and recommend data-driven improvements.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Research, evaluate and test emerging AI technologies, automation platforms and digital tools.
  • Recommend innovative solutions that enhance productivity, operational efficiency and business performance.
  • Stay up to date with developments in artificial intelligence and identify opportunities for implementation.
  • Promote best practices for AI adoption across the organisation.

AI Ecosystem Management

  • Maintain and optimise the organisation's ecosystem of AI tools, digital platforms and intelligent agents.
  • Monitor system performance, reliability and security.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and implement continuous improvements.
  • Ensure AI solutions remain scalable, efficient and aligned with evolving business requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Fluent Italian (written and spoken) – essential.
  • Good command of English.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in AI Integration, Automation, Business Systems, Data Analytics or a related field.
  • Experience implementing AI-powered tools and workflow automation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence technologies, machine learning concepts and automation platforms.
  • Experience designing dashboards, reports and business intelligence solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience integrating digital platforms, APIs and business systems.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau or similar visualisation tools.
  • Experience using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or other Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Knowledge of no-code and low-code automation platforms such as Make, Zapier or n8n.
  • Python or SQL experience.
  • CRM integrations.
  • Cloud platforms and API integrations.
  • Experience implementing AI governance and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI workflow optimisation.
