Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced ODOO Program Customization and Integration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing and integrating the ODOO ERP system to align with our business needs. This role involves collaborating with various departments to understand their requirements, implementing customizations, and ensuring seamless integration of the ODOO system with other business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customize the ODOO ERP system to meet the specific needs of different departments and business processes.
  • Develop and implement custom modules, workflows, and reports within ODOO.
  • Integrate ODOO with other business applications and systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and provide effective solutions.
  • Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they are effectively utilizing the ODOO system.
  • Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest ODOO features, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Document customizations, integrations, and configurations for future reference and support.
  • Provide technical support and resolve any issues related to ODOO customization and integration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customizing and integrating ODOO ERP systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming and ODOO framework.
  • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and ORM.
  • Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment processes.
