Job description

Remote World is hiring a Five9 Outbound Consultant for a UK-based contact centre operation. You'll be working on the Five9 cloud platform, making outbound calls to prospects and customers on behalf of a growing UK business — all from your home in South Africa.

This role is specifically for candidates with hands-on Five9 experience. If you know the platform well and are confident on outbound calls, this is a great opportunity for a stable, well-paying remote position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers using the Five9 dialler platform
  • Follow call scripts and guides while adapting naturally to each conversation
  • Qualify leads, gather information, and book follow-up appointments or escalate where needed
  • Accurately log call outcomes and notes in the CRM after each interaction
  • Meet daily call volume and conversion targets set by the UK team

  • Salary: R18,000 per month
  • Full-time, permanent remote position
  • Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
