In your role you'll become a vital member in a team of skilled professionals, collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and agile specialists. Your primary responsibility will involve ensuring the continuous evolution, quality, and corrective maintenance of high-impact services in production. This is you

• Solid real-world experience working as a Backend Developer within productive team environments.

• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot as your main development stack.

• Solid experience working with microservices architectures and design concepts such as DDD, Hexagonal Architecture, and SOLID principles.

• Hands-on experience dealing with relational databases.

• Committed to development best practices, including rigorous testing, clear API documentation, and maintaining code quality.

• Proactive mindset with strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a collaborative attitude in agile environments.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience working with Docker and knowledge of cloud platforms or application deployment.

• Experience with asynchronous messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.

This is your role

• Take ownership of the evolutive and corrective maintenance of backend services in production.

• Participate actively in team ceremonies, initiatives, and technical decision-making processes.

• Solve complex problems and debug production issues with an analytical and high-quality approach.

• Collaborate continuously with the team to ensure software reliability, performance, and best practices.
