In your role you'll become a vital member in a team of skilled professionals, collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and agile specialists. Your primary responsibility will involve ensuring the continuous evolution, quality, and corrective maintenance of high-impact services in production. This is you

  • Solid real-world experience working as a Backend Developer within productive team environments.

  • Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot as your main development stack.

  • Solid experience working with microservices architectures and design concepts such as DDD, Hexagonal Architecture, and SOLID principles.

  • Hands-on experience dealing with relational databases.

  • Committed to development best practices, including rigorous testing, clear API documentation, and maintaining code quality.

  • Proactive mindset with strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a collaborative attitude in agile environments.

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Experience working with Docker and knowledge of cloud platforms or application deployment.

  • Experience with asynchronous messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.
