WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Manage the bespoke slots portfolio, ensuring successful game release;
  • Work closely with commercial teams to maximize the business value of the game portfolio; 
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure that games meet business requirements and industry regulations;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including internal leadership, external partners, and regulatory bodies, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring that project objectives are clearly communicated and understood;
  • Compile feedback from stakeholders on processes and implement process changes where necessary;
  • Proactively track project risks and provide mitigation strategies;
  • Monitor market trends and player preferences within the gaming industry, ensuring that new releases are strategically positioned to capture interest and perform successfully in the competitive marketplace.  
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU:
  • Proven track record of successfully managing game releases;
  • At least 2 years of experience in the European gaming or gambling sector (preferred);
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizing skills to coordinate project activities; 
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities; 
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, design, marketing, and customer support; 
  • Ability to work with details and time-sensitive issues; 
  • "Roll up sleeves" attitude getting involved directly in the workload.

This role can be performed on a hybrid basis from our offices in Malta, Isle of Man, Serbia, Dubai, Gibraltar, or Latvia, or remotely from eligible European countries (excluding Spain, the United Kingdom, Italy, France, and Germany).
