Job Summary:
The Associate National Account Manager for our eCommerce business supports the execution and growth of the assigned national eCommerce retail accounts, while taking ownership of select smaller or emerging accounts. This role partners closely with the Sr. National Account Manager to implement account strategies, deliver against financial targets, and optimize the digital shelf for the Kwikset mechanical portfolio.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- (35%) Support the development and execution of eCommerce growth strategies for assigned accounts. Assist in translating customer insights, market trends, and performance data into actionable plans across assortments, pricing, promotions, and digital merchandising. Own and lead the development of the end‑to‑end eCommerce growth strategy for assigned national retail accounts, establishing clear strategic priorities across portfolio, pricing, promotions, digital investment, and inventory. Translate customer insights, market trends, and financial analysis into an integrated account strategy that drives sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and share gains.
- (35%) Independently manage the smaller ecommerce accounts with increasing responsibility and autonomy. Ensure performance to the annual operating plans, including revenue targets, profit plans, and sales action strategies. Continuously monitor performance against plan, proactively identifying risks and opportunities, and lead corrective action planning to ensure financial commitments are met or exceeded for these accounts
- (10%) Identify, evaluate, and pursue new growth opportunities that result in increased revenue and market share. Independently assess commercial viability and make data‑driven recommendations that materially impact topline performance and long‑term customer value.
- (10%) Influence and align cross‑functional teams—including Marketing, Digital, Supply Chain, Consumer Services, and Finance—to ensure cohesive execution of the account strategy. Set clear expectations, drive accountability, and ensure enterprise resources are prioritized to support eCommerce growth objectives.
- (10%) Serve as the key point of contact for all eCommerce related tasks at the respective retail.com accounts both internally and externally.
- Ensure eCommerce strategies align with Brick & Mortar initiatives to deliver a cohesive Omni-channel experience.
Education and Experience Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required
- Management Experience in Multi-Level Organization preferred
- Experience with eCommerce focused retail merchants or business leadership with eCommerce focused retail merchants, primarily wayfair.com, fergusonhome.com, etc.
- Experience making independent strategic recommendations that impact business performance
- Minimum 2-5 years prior eCommerce experience
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, inventory, and POS data
- Ability to strategically develop plans and processes.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders internally and externally
- Excellent Presentation Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Work Environment:
Travel required for meetings, training seminars, trade shows and end user presentations. 20% Travel Required.
