Purchasing Agent

Location: Remote (Philippines)
Job Type: Full-Time

We are a fast-growing provider of HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical services, focused on operational excellence, cost efficiency, and high-quality service delivery. We are building a strong remote team to support our U.S. operations and are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Agent to assist with day-to-day procurement.

Position Overview

The Purchasing Agent will support daily purchasing operations, ensuring materials, equipment, and supplies are ordered accurately and delivered on time. This role works closely with U.S.-based operations teams and vendors to keep projects running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage purchase orders for HVAC and electrical materials
  • Coordinate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
  • Track orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery
  • Communicate with field teams regarding order status and updates
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP and purchasing systems
  • Assist in sourcing products and comparing vendor pricing
  • Support inventory tracking and replenishment needs
  • Resolve order discrepancies, delays, or issues with suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with company purchasing procedures

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative support
  • Experience working with U.S.-based companies preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and ERP systems
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in HVAC, electrical, or construction-related industries
  • Familiarity with U.S. suppliers (Ferguson, Grainger, Winsupply, etc.)
  • Experience in remote team environments
