SR Product Designer (Salesforce)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with solid experience designing user-centered solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of design principles, user experience strategy, and Salesforce platform capabilities to deliver intuitive, scalable, and visually engaging products.

You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Salesforce Developers, and Business Stakeholders to translate complex business needs into elegant, functional, and accessible design solutions that align with Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and high-fidelity design.

• Design seamless user experiences across Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).

• Define and apply Salesforce Design System (SLDS) standards and components to ensure consistency and usability.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify user needs, validate assumptions, and iterate based on feedback.

• Create user flows, mockups, and prototypes using Figma or similar tools to communicate design concepts effectively.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of product design processes, usability testing, and accessibility standards.

• Ensure that design solutions align with the organizations strategic goals and Salesforce platform constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Salesforce certification(s) required:

  • Salesforce Certified User Experience (UX) Designer or

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Strategy Designer.

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.

• Proven experience designing within Salesforce or CRM environments.

• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work with measurable business impact.

• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

• Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale in English.

• Strong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams in agile environments.
