About the Role

We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer with strong expertise in both UX Research and UI design, capable of designing user-centered digital solutions end to end.

The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of design principles, user experience strategy, and product thinking to deliver intuitive, scalable, and visually engaging products.

You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to translate complex business needs into elegant, functional, and accessible design solutions aligned with product and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and high-fidelity design.

Design seamless user experiences across web and enterprise platforms.

Define and apply design system standards and reusable components to ensure consistency and usability.

Partner with cross-functional teams to identify user needs, validate assumptions, and iterate based on feedback.

Create user flows, mockups, and prototypes using Figma or similar tools to communicate design concepts effectively.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of product design processes, usability testing practices, and accessibility standards.

Ensure that design solutions align with the organizations strategic goals and technical constraints.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.

Strong experience in UX Research methodologies and UI design execution.

Experience designing for complex digital products, SaaS platforms, or enterprise systems.

Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work with measurable business impact.

Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale in English.

Strong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams in agile environments.
