Job description

The Escrow Support Processor is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Provide centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of escrows, relieving branches of high-volume paperwork.
  • Communicate information and instructions to escrow branches, but not to customers.
  • Work on escrow openings and closings. (Work is very similar to work performed by the associate level, although tasks may be slightly more complex with greater experience and knowledge).
  • Provide a wide range of support within a functional area.
  • Follow the functional area's processes and procedures in daily activities, troubleshoot as needed, and recommend suggestions for continuous improvements to overall operations.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of escrow processing experience.
  • Must be able to follow Escrow Procedures and have awareness of regulations governing the escrow process.
  • Must have experience with Adobe Connect (editing PDFs).
  • Solid understanding of functional tasks at an intermediate level.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
  • Prior related industry experience preferred.
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
