Job description

As a Software Program Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex automotive software programs across NXP Automotive Product Lines (e.g., APS, IVN, DES, CoreRide for S32-based systems).

You will operate at program / ART level, ensuring alignment across multiple teams, sites, and partners, while driving execution against business objectives, timelines, and quality targets.

This role combines:

  • Program leadership
  • Technical delivery coordination
  • Stakeholder and partner management

Tools & Methodologies

  • Agile / SAFe (PI Planning, ART coordination)
  • Jira / Confluence / tracking tools
  • Program planning and reporting tools (e.g., Sciforma, Excel-based planning)

Success Criteria

  • Predictable, on-time delivery of program milestones
  • High-quality releases aligned with automotive standards
  • Effective execution across distributed teams
  • Strong stakeholder satisfaction (internal + external)
  • Clear visibility and control of risks, costs, and dependencies.

Contract: This is a fulltime position with a permanent contract
