Position Summary
The Manager of Strategic Accounts is responsible for the overall financial performance, client satisfaction, retention, and growth of assigned enterprise and strategic client accounts. This role serves as a trusted business partner and Protos brand ambassador, delivering an elevated experience through a unified client centric approach focused on operational excellence, value creation, and transforming client sentiment.
This individual will lead strategic account planning efforts, drive sustainable organic growth within existing accounts, and partner cross functionally to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded. The Manager of Strategic Accounts will focus on both offensive (expansion) and defensive (stabilization) account strategies to support revenue retention, account growth, long term partnerships, and overall client success while continuing to demonstrate and deliver value.
