Location: This is a remote position; however, the role requires the candidate to be based in Mumbai.

Role in a Nutshell:

This is a Strategic opportunity to lead the growth engine at BrowserStack, a role that demands a rare blend of deep business ownership, pipeline management, and creative technical oversight.

You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, and execute high-impact growth strategies. 

A person in this role within 2 years will build a deep understanding of how the business functions and successfully scale any business in the future. 

Desired Experience:

  • Professional Experience: 7-13 years of professional experience, preferably in a business ownership role

  • Business Acumen: Exceptional understanding of business metrics and revenue models.

  • Communication Skills: Advanced executive communication and presentation skills.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies.

  • Technical Familiarity: While business skills are primary, a solid understanding of copywriting, visual design, and website optimization is essential.

What will you do?

  • Executive Business Management: You will directly work with Founders to drive Business Revenue in B2B Setting

  • Experiment Engine: You will build Growth experiments to drive business results

  • Team Management: You will drive the entire team charter from hiring, team management, and firing to drive business results.

  • Result Oriented Reporting: Running growth organization strongly rooted in numbers organization 

  • Agility and Ownership Mindset: This is strictly a business revenue role and hence requires strong ownership and agility to drive business results.
