As an Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be the strategic spearhead driving Neo4j’s market expansion. Acting as an inside sales specialist, you will partner directly with Enterprise Account Executives to systematically map, penetrate, and qualify opportunities within our high-priority target accounts. Instead of waiting for interest to come to us, you will proactively hunt for greenfield pipelines and build the foundational relationships that feed our sales funnel.
In this role, you will blend cold outreach prowess, deep account research, and rigorous qualification frameworks. You will serve as a trusted guide to prospective buyers, turning cold outreach into meaningful technical and business conversations by articulating how graph technology solves complex enterprise data challenges.
