  • Obtain and evaluate quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Complete bid forms, qualifications, and supporting documentation per the RFP.
  • Present estimates and cost strategies in bid reviews and production meetings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, clients, architects, designers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Conduct ongoing research on labor costs, materials, and industry trends to support estimating accuracy.
  • Continuously enhance technical knowledge through training, industry resources, and professional development.

Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • Associate’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of estimating experience in commercial construction preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction principles and ability to read architectural drawings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

What Makes This a Great Opportunity:

  • Work on nationally recognized, high-visibility projects of significant size and complexity
  • Be part of a company with in-house engineering, fabrication, and installation capabilities
  • Contribute to opportunities backed by strong bonding capacity and proven project execution
