About the Role

The Sales Specialist at Destify is a high-performance closer. You pick up where our SDR team leaves off, stepping into consultations with couples who are ready to choose their resort and book their dream wedding. Your job is to guide them with expertise and confidence, build trust fast, and turn a conversation into a committed booking. If you love closing, thrive under pressure, and want to earn without a cap, this is your role.


 Who You Are

  • Lead consultative sales meetings with warm, pre-qualified couples ready to choose their resort and package
  • Develop and present customized wedding package quotes tailored to each couple's vision and budget
  • Drive all closing activity — follow up relentlessly, create urgency and lock in bookings
  • Build strong relationships with clients that lead to referrals, upgrades and long-term loyalty
  • Partner with SDRs to ensure smooth handoffs and a consistent client experience from first touch to booking
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline activity in the CRM
  • Contribute to the growth and culture of an elite, results-driven sales team

  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM platforms and digital communication tools
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends when couples are most reachable
  • Prior sales experience required; experience in hospitality, travel, or events is a significant plus

Schedule Expectations:  

This is a performance-driven closing role that requires schedule flexibility. Our most successful specialists make themselves available when couples are ready to commit; evenings and weekends are prime closing windows.

  • Minimum of one Saturday and one Sunday per month required
  • Evening availability required to conduct consultations outside of traditional business hours
  • Additional weekend availability may be required based on lead volume and performance
