You solve problems, build trust and help customers move forward. Whether you're handling a complex request, supporting the sales team or following up on a payment, you make every interaction smooth and professional. 

At Q8Truck, you become part of an international Customer Service team where collaboration, ownership and customer focus come together. You connect customers with colleagues across Europe and make sure every question receives the right answer. 

No two days are the same. You switch easily between calls, emails and administrative tasks while keeping a clear overview and a positive attitude.

Your challenge 

Deliver outstanding customer service while helping customers, colleagues and partners quickly and accurately. 

  • You’ll be the first point of contact 
    You answer questions from customers, cardholders and colleagues by phone and email. You listen carefully, provide clear answers and create a positive customer experience in the customer's local language whenever possible.  

  • You’ll solve problems that matter 
    You investigate customer questions, resolve complaints and keep customers informed throughout the process. When needed, you involve the right colleagues and make sure every case is followed up until it's resolved. 

  • You support healthy customer relationships 
    You work closely with Sales, Credit, Treasury, Accounts Receivable and other teams to support customers with invoicing, payments and credit-related questions. By following up proactively, you help reduce risks while maintaining strong customer relationships. 

  • You keep administration accurate 
    You process customer information carefully; follow established procedures and ensure every detail is correct. You quickly find your way through systems and stay up to date with new processes and policies. 

  • You work as one team 
    You collaborate with colleagues across different countries and cultures. By sharing knowledge and supporting each other, you help deliver consistent, high-quality service every day. When needed, you also support the Customer Service Administration team to keep the business running smoothly. 


This is you 

  • You are fluent in English, Slovenian, Serbian and Croatian. You have strong multilingual communication capabilities 

  • You have a secondary education diploma and one to three years of experience in customer service or another commercial role. 

  • You enjoy helping customers and always look for the best solution. 

  • You communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues. You have strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.  

  • You can explain complex information in a simple and professional manner. 

  • You are customer centric and solution-oriented. 

  • You stay calm under pressure, organise your work efficiently and know how to prioritise. 

  • You enjoy working in an international environment and easily connect with people from different cultures. 

  • You learn quickly, adapt easily to change and take initiative when you see opportunities to improve. 

  • You work confidently with digital tools and administrative systems. 

  • You are analytical with attention to detail and accuracy.
