Product Designer at Bullfinch Recruitment

We have partnered with a client that is looking for a Product Designer to join their fast-growing team, building and scaling innovative B2C products for the US market.

As a Product Designer, you'll own features from discovery through delivery, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, Data Analysts, and other designers. You'll combine strong UX thinking with an exceptional eye for UI to solve complex user problems, improve existing experiences, and help shape the future of our products.

What You'll Do
● Own the end-to-end design process for product features, from discovery and ideation to implementation and iteration.
● Design intuitive, user-centered experiences that balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
● Create user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
● Deliver visually polished interfaces with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, consistency, and attention to detail.
● Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, Researchers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
● Participate in product discovery by understanding user needs, business objectives, and product opportunities.
● Proactively identify UX improvements and suggest ideas that enhance the overall product experience, engagement, and conversion.
● Solve complex user and business problems through research, design thinking, experimentation, and iterative design.
● Validate design decisions through usability testing, customer feedback, analytics, and experimentation.
● Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of our Design System, ensuring consistency across products.
● Work closely with developers to ensure high-quality, pixel-perfect implementation.
● Stay up to date with design trends, AI-powered workflows, and emerging technologies that improve the design process.

What We're Looking For
● 4+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms.
● Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work with clear UX thinking, problem-solving, and visual design excellence.
● Experience designing products for the gaming or iGaming industry, including online casino, sportsbook, slots, roulette, poker, or other betting products in international markets.
● Excellent understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, usability, and accessibility.
● Experience designing for multiple international markets and localized user experiences.
● Strong visual design skills with an exceptional eye for UI, typography, spacing, layout, hierarchy, and interaction details.
● Passion for solving user problems through thoughtful, elegant, and data-informed design solutions.
● Product mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and proactively propose improvements that deliver value to both users and the business.
● Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and design thinking.
● Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Design Systems, and Interactive Prototyping.
● Experience designing responsive and mobile-first interfaces.
● Experience using AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Figma AI to improve design workflows and productivity.
● Comfortable using user research, usability testing, analytics, and experimentation to inform design decisions.
● Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
● Experience working in Agile, cross-functional product teams.
● Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
● Self-motivated, curious, and eager to continuously learn and improve.
