  • Contribute to reusable front-end components, templates, and scalable development workflows.

  • Collaborate with SEO, Creative, and Paid Media teams to deliver high-quality web experiences.

  • Help evaluate AI-assisted development tools and automation opportunities to improve development efficiency.

  • Follow development standards, documentation, and best practices while continuously growing your technical skills.

You Bring

  • 2–3 years of WordPress development experience.

  • Experience building or customizing WordPress themes, plugins, and Gutenberg blocks.

  • Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive front-end development.

  • Familiarity with reusable components, design systems, and modern development workflows.

  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or ChatGPT.

  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

  • A growth mindset with enthusiasm for learning from senior developers and contributing to scalable web systems.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with static site generators or modern frameworks such as Next.js, Astro, Gatsby, or Nuxt.

  • Familiarity with website performance optimization and accessibility best practices.

  • Exposure to analytics, conversion tracking, or digital marketing implementations.

  • Background in higher education or nonprofit marketing.

What's Offered

  • Fully remote work environment.

  • Competitive compensation based on experience.

  • Opportunity to work with mission-driven organizations making meaningful impact.

  • Mentorship from experienced developers and continuous learning opportunities.

  • Collaborative, high-performance culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
