Job description

IT Support Specialist 

Location: Denver, CO (REMOTE)

Duration: 12 months

Seeking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide technical support to both the Technology and the Automated Tracking System.

  • Assist with internal and external end-user technical support and incident management.
  • Maintain technical documentation and issue tracking systems, including Salesforce Helpdesk and Jira.
  • Manage support emails and calls from system users.
  • Update issue tracking systems with service desk report information.
  • Create and provide reports to interested groups.
  • Assign incident work items to team members as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Salesforce and third-party application support for technology issues.
  • Follow up with users to gather information and solve technical problems.
  • Document, track, and monitor technical issues for timely resolution.
  • Submit and track user-reported issues in the incident management system.
  • Validate user-reported bugs and system issues, identifying root causes.
  • Escalate issues beyond basic support/Tier 1 to appropriate technical teams.
  • Communicate known system issues and resolutions to end users.
  • Participate in testing and validation activities.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum three years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and efficient with time-sensitive projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Three years of experience with Salesforce CRM and Jira.
  • Current Salesforce Administrator Certification in progress.
