Job description

RHT Provider Relations and Outreach Lead - Raleigh, NC (REMOTE)

Duration: 12 months

Job Summary:

This role supports rural health care organizations in onboarding to system. The focus is to equip providers to exchange high-quality clinical data, use HIE tools effectively, and participate in digital health transformation. The position involves relationship and business development with rural hospitals, physician groups, pharmacies, behavioral health providers, and other specialty health care providers. The role also involves leading a team focused on outreach, communications support, and data connections for Health Connex participants.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with rural health care customers and stakeholders.
  • Respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and host educational webinars.
  • Initiate and maintain relationships with trade association key personnel.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives through provider engagement.
  • Conduct site visits for relationship development and training.
  • Review metrics to identify engagement opportunities and provide findings for technical review.
  • Lead customer outreach and engagement activities, including industry networking events.
  • Design and conduct surveys to gather provider feedback.
  • Lead end user training initiatives tailored to customer needs.
  • Meet recruitment goals for rural HealthConnex participation.
  • Coordinate with team members on program administration and provider engagement.

Health IT Knowledge and Use Case Development:

  • Gain familiarity with CMS and ONC programs regarding HealthConnex services.
  • Guide participants through understanding their needs and participation opportunities.
  • Develop high-value use cases and coordinate publication with communications specialist.

Must Have:

  • Extensive experience in health care or health IT, focusing on advocating for care providers (5 Years).
  • Knowledge and experience in positioning technology services and communicating value propositions (7 Years).
  • Exceptional customer service and situational awareness skills (7 Years).
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools for managing sales leads (5 Years).
  • Excellent analytic skills for problem identification and resolution (7 Years).
