Job description

Sales Account Manager - SaaS (UK)

Are you passionate about helping e-commerce businesses solve complex shipping challenges? Do you enjoy building relationships, closing deals, and delivering SaaS solutions that make a real impact? If so, we'd love to meet you.

About ShipperHQ and this position:

ShipperHQ is a trusted leader in the e-commerce shipping space, with over 15 years of experience helping merchants deliver better checkout experiences. Founded in 2009, we power shipping logic and checkout optimization for thousands of brands, from DTC disruptors to enterprise retailers, in 150+ countries. Headquartered in Austin, Texas, with a global team, we’re a fast-moving, product-led company shaping the future of e-commerce logistics.

Our Account Managers are part of our Revenue Team and play a key role in driving new business, account upgrades, and configuration package sales. You'll guide customers from trial to a successful launch, building strong relationships while helping them get the most value from ShipperHQ. Whether you're working with trial customers evaluating the platform or existing customers expanding their investment, you'll combine consultative selling with problem-solving to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Guide customers from trial to a successful paid ShipperHQ account.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of customers, ensuring timely follow-up and successful onboarding.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell products and configuration services that align with customer needs.
  • Educate customers on ShipperHQ best practices using a variety of customer engagement tools.
  • Partner with the Solutions team on technical questions and coordinate communication with customers.
  • Collaborate closely with Support, Product, and Marketing by sharing customer feedback and market insights.
  • Meet individual and team revenue, conversion, and customer success goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience with eCommerce and the eCommerce software ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Comfortable discussing pricing, revenue, and identifying upsell opportunities in a consultative way.
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and excited to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company where everyone pitches in.
  • A proactive problem solver who continually looks for ways to improve processes and customer outcomes.
  • Comfortable learning technical products and explaining complex concepts without relying on a script.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Why ShipperHQ?

This is a highly fast-paced environment where no two days will look alike. For the right candidate, with the right attitude, there are fantastic opportunities for career progression. We are an agile, fast-moving team that likes to roll up our sleeves and solve some of the biggest issues in shipping. You will learn more at ShipperHQ in a year than you would in 3 years at other companies, thanks to our collaborative learning culture that fosters continuous growth and innovation.

Benefits and Perks:

  • Collaborate with a motivated team, directly tying your results to organizational success
  • 22 Days of Annual Leave
  • This is a full-time remote working position in the UK
  • Working hours are Mon-Fri, 9:30 am-6:00 pm with a 1-hour break for lunch.

At ShipperHQ, we’re proud to be a team that’s as diverse as the merchants we serve.
