Job description

This is a remote position.

 
Only LATAM-based candidates (bilingual in Spanish and English)

As a Virtual Assistant, your primary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

- Responding to emails and phone calls
- Scheduling meetings
- Managing a contact list
- Addressing various client needs as they arise

Please note that as an independent contractor, you will be responsible for making your own contributions to local or state government, which may include income taxes, social security, health insurance, among others.


Requirements

For this position, we require the following skills and experience:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Comfortable with using GOOGLE apps such as Gmail, Meet, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure
- A minimum of 1-year experience in customer service
- English proficiency at the C1 level
- Must have your own device and headset
- High-speed internet connection of at least 100 MB
