Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Remote Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for generating new business by identifying prospects, engaging with potential clients, and setting up sales meetings to expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute effective cold calling strategies to qualify leads and schedule sales appointments.
  • Manage and update customer information in our CRM system.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our services to communicate value propositions to clients effectively.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by securing new client meetings and opportunities.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to enhance our services.


Requirements

  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • High proficiency in English (C1 level) with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable with making cold calls and engaging new contacts.
  • Proficient in using CRM software to track leads and customer interactions.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote setting.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and own device with a headset.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
