本岗位主要负责汽车配件和电子行业客户的开发、经营与全生命周期管理,推广伟迪捷产品及标识整体解决方案,达成年度销售、回款及行业拓展目标。密切关注活跃汽配行业客户动态,通过开发新客户,维护老客户,提高公司市场份额,增加销售额。

Key Responsibilities

目标达成

  • 独立负责XXXX的销售目标,完成个人销售及回款指标。
  • 制定并执行个人销售计划,确保关键业绩指标(销售额、回款率、新客户数等)达成。

大客户开发与维护

  • 开拓区域内重点客户:包括大型汽配厂、主机厂、电子元器件及零配件部门等。
  • 维护现有核心客户,深度开发区域内行业头部客户,挖掘客户应用需求并提供合理解决方案,推进成交,成功案例分享,提升客户粘性与份额。
  • 独立处理商务谈判、合同签订、订单跟进及回款催收。

市场与产品

  • 收集竞品价格、促销、渠道政策信息,及时反馈市场动态。
  • 协同内部产品/技术团队,向客户解释配件适配性、技术参数及售后政策,扮演“技术型销售”角色。
  • 参与区域内的汽配和电子展会、客户交流会等活动,提升公司品牌影响力。

销售流程管理

  • 使用CRM系统记录客户跟进情况,定期输出销售预测及复盘报告。
  • 严格管理账期与应收账款,控制坏账风险。

Education, Background and Skill Requirements

本科及以上学历,机械或自动化相关专业优先 具有5年以上工业品或系统解决方案销售或相关工作经验,有成功商务合作案例,对汽车零部件和电子行业及市场熟悉且有资源和经验者优先。熟悉所在行业市场环境、竞争态势及相关政策法规。 具备扎实的商务拓展、市场营销、商务谈判等专业知识。了解公司所在行业的业务流程、产品特点及市场需求。 该岗位要求能够适应高频次的出差。
