Location: Remote from LatAm
Working hours: Full-time, aligned w/ Eastern or Central Time business hours (EST, CST).

The Role
We are looking for an proactive Senior DevOps Engineer with 3+ years of WebRTC infrastructure experience, including hands-on work with LiveKit.
Fluent English is a must! B2+ or above is required. Please do not apply if you have only intermediate English.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale infrastructure for AI agents using LiveKit and other real-time frameworks
- Configure and manage cloud-based infrastructure based not restricted to AWS for web and mobile applications
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated testing
- Automate deployment, scaling, and monitoring of real-time applications
- Establish and maintain observability systems including logging, monitoring, metrics collection, and alerting
- Ensure system reliability and performance through proactive monitoring and incident response planning
- Participate in daily standups with teammates and weekly demos with clients
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize build processes and deployment strategies
- Assist in maintaining security best practices across infrastructure and application deployments
Technical Qualifications
- Experience deploying and operating LiveKit (self-hosted or Cloud) to support AI agent workloads
- 3+ years of experience building and operating WebRTC infrastructure, including media server deployment, TURN/STUN configuration, and real-time connectivity troubleshooting
- 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing DevOps practices in cloud environments, with a strong focus on CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Terraform, and Ansible
- Proficient with REST APIs, Webhooks, Docker/Kubernetes, and IaaS platforms in AWS and at least one of the following: Google Cloud, Azure
- Strong experience in containerization, orchestration, and automation using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible
- Experience with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, CloudWatch, Datadog) and setting up logging, monitoring, and alerts
- Solid understanding of database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL) and data storage solutions (S3, EBS)
- Strong knowledge of networking principles and protocols, including OSI layers, TCP/IP, DNS, and load balancing
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
