Join Our Team as an Employee Relations Investigator at Axiom

Location: Remote

We are seeking an Employee Relations Investigator to support one of our leading technology clients. In this role, you will conduct high-volume workplace investigations involving employee relations matters and company policy violations, helping ensure fair, consistent, and compliant resolution of complex workplace issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workplace investigations involving employee relations matters, including allegations related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other company policy violations.
  • Investigate complaints involving workplace misconduct, including matters related to Title VII protections, such as discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
  • Interview employees and stakeholders, prepare investigative findings, and partner with HR and Employee Relations teams to support timely resolutions.
  • Ensure investigations are conducted fairly, thoroughly, and in compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of employee relations investigation experience in a corporate environment.
  • Availability to work a 4:00 PM–12:00 AM shift (remotely).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting fast-paced, complex organizations.

Compensation:

The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.  Employees may be eligible for additional benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance; paid holidays and PTO; flexible work arrangements; and professional development opportunities and tools.
