Job description

Who We Are

Pattern Data is an AI-powered platform built for the complexities of mass tort litigation. We help leading law firms automate case analysis, accelerate settlement decisions, and manage high-volume inventories that were traditionally manual and time-intensive.

The problems we work on are complex and high-stakes, requiring precision, adaptability, and a deep understanding of both data and client needs.

We’re a collaborative, high-ownership team that moves quickly and takes pride in solving hard problems well. People at Pattern go deep to understand the “why,” build solutions that hold up, and stay focused on what drives real outcomes for our customers. We value transparency, thoughtful problem-solving, and authenticity in how we work together and we’re looking for someone who’s excited to contribute to a team that’s actively building and improving every day.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Product Manager at Pattern Data, you’ll define and lead our integrations and platform strategy, shaping how our ecosystem scales alongside our customers. You’ll build and own the roadmap for APIs, connectors, and partner capabilities, creating repeatable integration patterns that drive efficiency and consistency rather than one-off solutions. Working at the intersection of customer needs and long-term platform leverage, you’ll determine how Pattern ingests, normalizes, and activates third-party data to unlock greater value. You’ll be accountable for measurable outcomes including integration adoption, time to implement, reliability, and overall support effort ensuring our platform is both powerful and scalable as we grow. You will:

  • Translate customer and partner needs into clear product requirements and plans
  • Partner closely with engineering to design reliable, scalable integrations and data flows
  • Prioritize across competing integration opportunities and requests
  • Work with Client success and Solutions to ensure implementations are straightforward and low-friction
  • Lead integration initiatives from early discovery, through launch, and continued maintenance

What You’ll Bring

  • 7 to 10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a product area or end-to-end platform
  • Experience leading projects with highly technical integration functionality inbound data connectors, outbound APIs/webhooks, or ETL pipelines
  • Strong technical fluency and the ability to collaborate deeply with engineers
  • A track record of building scalable solutions rather than custom one-offs
  • Comfort operating independently and setting strategy for a full product domain
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience integrating with healthcare or other regulated third-party data systems (e.g., EHRs, FHIR/HL7)
  • Experience working with external partners or third-party ecosystems
  • Experience supporting customer onboarding or implementation workflows
