About the Role

Care Gap & Coding Automation (CGCA) is Qventus’ newest product line — a generative AI solution that helps health systems close documentation and coding gaps that drive material quality and financial outcomes. Our first condition in the market is malnutrition, with additional conditions on the near-term roadmap.

CGCA is in an early and pivotal stage of its product lifecycle. We have a beta product live at a number of partner sites and are iterating quickly toward a confirmed, sellable scope. Each implementation directly shapes the product, the playbook, and the commercial model — including a free 2-month pilot structure that converts to a paid contract on the strength of demonstrated outcomes.

As a Client Success Partner on the CGCA team, you will sit inside Product and act as the face of CGCA to our earliest clients. You will own the end-to-end client experience during the pilot and early production phases — managing the implementation, building deep relationships with clinical leaders and frontline dietitians, ensuring pilots convert, and feeding learnings directly back into product strategy. You will also play a defining role in productizing what we learn: building the implementation playbook and standing up our Delivery team to eventually own this work as CGCA reaches general availability.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, wants to help build a product line from the ground up, and is energized by working hand-in-hand with clinicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the implementation end-to-end. Lead CGCA pilots and early production deployments in partnership with a Technical Implementation Manager who owns the technical implementation. You establish credibility with client leaders so they trust you to guide the launch - diagnose current-state workflows, build the launch strategy based on each site’s realities, and partner with Product on any adjustments needed for that client to succeed.
  • Own the client relationship. Develop trusted relationships with client executives and the frontline clinical teams using CGCA — starting with dietitian managers and RDs for malnutrition, and expanding to wound care teams, hospitalists, nephrologists, and other clinical leaders as we tackle additional conditions. You’ll be expected to build deep domain expertise in each new condition quickly so you can engage with these teams as a peer and credible thought partner.
  • Run a tight operating rhythm. Own weekly client meetings end-to-end — agenda, prep, facilitation, follow-ups, and action tracking — and keep both the client and Qventus team aligned on what’s working, what isn’t, and what’s next.
  •  Convert pilots to paid contracts. Monitor engagement and outcome data throughout the free trial, present results to the client in a clear, compelling way, and flag early when we’re off track. Partner with Product and client leadership to make whatever changes are needed — product, workflow, or stakeholder — to land the conversion.
  • Channel client feedback into the roadmap. Own ensuring that learnings from each implementation make their way back to the Product team, and contribute to roadmapping conversations on how to best address that feedback.
  • Build the playbook and hand off to Delivery. As CGCA matures from beta into a scaled, sellable product, document the implementation playbook, train and mentor Delivery team members, and own a clean handoff so Delivery can operate CGCA implementations independently as we reach GA.
  •  Expand the surface area. Help shape how this role evolves as CGCA grows — whether that means moving from one condition to the next as each reaches handoff, or eventually building and leading a CGCA-specific Delivery function.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a client-facing role at a healthcare SaaS company, in healthcare consulting, or in a comparable role inside a complex healthcare provider organization.
  • Polished executive presence and exceptional verbal and written communication. You can run a meeting with a CMO and a frontline clinician in the same hour and make both feel heard, informed, and confident in Qventus.
  • High comfort with ambiguity and strong flexibility. This is a new role on the Product team — exactly how it integrates with current Product, Delivery, and Engineering team members is still being shaped, and you’ll need to help define it as you go.
  • A hard worker with a high pace. This team works fast and hard, and the early stage of CGCA demands it.
  • Intrinsically motivated. You don’t need a manager to set your priorities every week — you can see what needs to happen and drive it.
  • Strong project leadership instincts and the ability to lead matrixed teams (clinical, technical, operational) on both the client side and within Qventus with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to translate AI-driven product capabilities into meaningful clinical and operational impact for the client.
  • Excitement about the potential of AI to transform healthcare and a desire to be part of that change.
  • Familiarity with EHR systems.
  • Ability to travel 40–60% nationwide.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in inpatient hospital operations and/or clinical documentation integrity (CDI) and coding workflows
  • Top-tier healthcare consulting background
  • Experience standing up a new product line, new service offering, or new client-facing function at an early-stage company
  • Change management experience in clinical settings
  • Experience supporting pilot-to-paid commercial motions
