This position Account Executive laboratories and Hospitals Point Of Care works out of our Mexico City office in our Rapid Diagnostics Division. Our rapid diagnostics solutions are helping address some of the world’s greatest healthcare challenges. Expand Abbott Rapid Diagnostics (ARDx) hospital and laboratory business opening new accounts and developing business opportunities with strategic customers. To develop this business, require stakeholder mapping and management, influence KDM, strategic thinking, anticipate epidemiologic trends and understand hospital and laboratory business environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop the hospital and laboratory channel prospecting and leading conversations with strategic and potential customers. 
  • Coordinate field work with distributor’s sales force to reach and grow business in strategic accounts. 
  • Negotiate terms, prices and make proposals to acquire new customers and expand current business.
  • Forecast management to guarantee product availability to achieve customer needs and business goals anticipating epidemiological trends. Propose and collaborate with marketing different initiatives to make our brand relevant with customers and HCPs. Stakeholder mapping and management at all strategic accounts to strengthen our business partnership.
  • Full management and follow up to all direct and indirect accounts to meet customer needs and business development.
  • Develop and manage sales funnel using sales force. 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Administration, Economics, Marketing or related areas.
  • Minimum with 2 years of work experience in prospection and account development of Hospital and Laboratories. Business development through indirect sales with the distributor, negotiating prices and commercial conditions with customers.
  • Account Mapping and key stakeholder management. Experience in POC, Rapid diagnosis, medical device/diagnostics preferred.
  • Experience with Sales Force
  • Fluent in English (80%)
  • Ability to travel of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel.
