Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Aktiver Vertrieb unserer Marke Milwaukee und Vermittlung des Marken- und Produktnutzens mit Focus auf Clean Energy/erneuerbare Energien unter Einbeziehung unserer Fachhandelspartner

  • Entwicklung von Aktivitäten zur Gewinnung von Schwerpunktkunden im jenem Bereich

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Verbänden und Organisationen

  • Steigerung des Bekanntheitsgrades der Marke Milwaukee mit Fokus Endanwender

  • Durchführung von Produktschulungen und –Vorführungen

  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement bei Research Aktivitäten und Marktanalysen

  • Gewinnung strategischer Neukunden im Bereich erneuerbare Energien in Absprache mit der Vertriebsleitung

  • Verantwortliche Planung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsaktivitäten

  • Besuch von Messen, Ausstellungen und Firmenveranstaltungen

  • Setzen von relevanten Call-Zielen in CRM und Planung von Follow-up-Aktionen

  • Kontinuierlicher Aufbau von Produkt-, Handels- und Anwendungswissen

  • Überwachung und Berichterstattung über Markt- und Wettbewerbsaktivitäten

Fachliche und persönliche Anforderungen:

  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb von elektronischen Produkten oder Werkzeugen von Vorteil; motivierte Quereinsteiger sind genauso willkommen

  • Sympathische Persönlichkeit, die in der Lage ist, als Teil eines schnelllebigen und wachsenden Teams zu arbeiten

  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft, u.a. Bereitschaft sich neue Produkte und technisches Wissen anzueignen

  • Starke Kommunikations-, Präsentations-, Verhandlungs- und Kontaktfähigkeit

  • Ausgezeichnete Planungs- und Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten

  • Hohe Selbstmotivation und Fähigkeit, neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu erkennen und umzusetzen

  • Bereitschaft zur Home Office-Tätigkeit sowie gelegentlichem Wochenenddienst (nach vorheriger Absprache)

  • gültige Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B (alt: Klasse 3)
