About the role:


As a Senior Business Analyst within Managed Services you will be responsible for the following:

  • You will elicit, analyse, communicate, and validate business and user requirements for processes, policies, and information systems.

  •  Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

  • You will be responsible for conducting technical analysis, developing and maintaining documentation, facilitating workshops, ensuring compliance with industry standards, supporting end-to-end project activities, and providing expertise in payments industry trends.

  • You will develop and manage change controls to ensure proper documentation and approval of changes.

What you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in the payments industry.

  • Strong understanding of payment processing systems and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.

  • Strong documentation and technical writing skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience in developing and managing change controls.
