πŸš€ Project Overview

You will join Inallmedia.com to directly support the internal cybersecurity infrastructure of a major global tech company. Embedded within the Application Security (AppSec) Team, this senior role focuses specifically on the execution and operational governance of two strategic corporate compliance initiatives: Code Freshness (R&Ds) and Operational Ownership Expectations. You will be key in bridging technical security initiatives with organizational compliance, ensuring engineering teams align with modern security standards at scale.

πŸ” Key Responsibilities

  • Program Coordination & Guidance: Provide comprehensive project management support for core security programs, specifically driving Code Freshness (R&Ds) and Operational Ownership Expectations.
  • Meeting Leadership: Set up, organize, and lead regular program meetings, stand-ups, and cross-functional team ceremonies.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively track, report, and communicate project progress, active risks, operational blockers, and Key Results (KRs) to leadership and cross-functional engineering teams.
  • PMO Collaboration: Partner closely with Project Management Office (PMO) teams across the broader organization to align deliverables and methodologies.
  • Documentation & Change Management: Create thorough, clear project documentation and actively manage internal change management initiatives to ensure seamless engineering adoption.
  • Data & Problem Solving: Independently research, experiment, and solve complex operational problems using rapid iteration cycles to deliver fast, measurable results.

πŸ’‘ Must-Have Skills

  • Project Management: Strong, proven track record in technical project/program management, communication, and organizational skills within large-scale environments.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Proven ability to work natively within corporate PMO frameworks and confidently communicate technical risks and status updates to executive leadership.
  • Technical & Analytical Capabilities: Strong data layer proficiency using SQL (Structured Query Language) and/or IQL (Insight Query Language) paired with robust analytical skills to build reports and track compliance metrics.
  • Work Style: High degree of self-direction; you must operate as a proactive self-starter who thrives in driving rapid, independent problem-solving.
  • Experience working in Agile teams and fully remote environments.
  • Fluent English for daily communication.

🌟 Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Domain Knowledge: Prior exposure to or background knowledge in the Application Security (AppSec) or Cybersecurity domain.
  • Experience using modern documentation and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

🌐 Time Zone & Collaboration

The role requires collaboration with teams aligned to US time zones (EST/CST). Flexibility to overlap at least 5–6 hours with North American business hours is expected.

All interviews, technical documentation, and daily communication will be conducted exclusively in English.
