  • Two years of experience in medical referrals or other related medical patient support functions in an ambulatory care setting

  • Ensure goals and objectives for the appropriate and timely processing of referrals are met

Join our team as a day shift, full-time, Referral Coordinator Supervisor in ABQ, New Mexico.

Responsibilities:
  • In coordination with the Referral Manager, the Referral Supervisor will plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and supervise the operations of the referral department and staff.
  • This position supervises referral coordination staff's daily operations and activities to ensure goals and objectives for the appropriate and timely processing of referrals are met.
  • Will consider highly qualified applicants for hybrid or remote positions
Qualifications:

Job Requirements: 

  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Medical Assistant Certification 
  • Two years of experience in medical referrals or other related medical patient support functions in an ambulatory care setting.
  • Two or more years of experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR).
