Motion Designer/Video Editor at BetterMe

We are currently looking for a Motion Designer/Video Editor who will work on creative videos for social media, supporting e-commerce and R&D projects.

We are growing rapidly and launching new projects, so you’ll have the opportunity to apply your skills, experiment with formats and styles, test creative ideas, and collaborate with the marketing team to create attention-grabbing videos.

Your future responsibilities:

• Create advertising creatives based on briefs.
• Adapt videos for different platforms and localizations.
• Work with existing projects (collections) and create their variations.
• Generate videos using AI tools.
• Animate static layouts and graphics.

What you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in motion design.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects (masks, shapes, tracking, keyframing & timing, color correction).
• Understanding of dynamic editing, composition, and rhythm principles.
• Experience working with plugins, scripts, and expressions.
• English level: Pre-Intermediate+ or higher.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize your workflow effectively.
• Willingness to learn quickly

It would be great if you also:

• Experience in graphic design or creating videos for TikTok TikTok / Instagram Instagram.
• Basic skills in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma Figma.
• Experience working with AI tools for photo/video generation.
