Job description

Client Success Advocate - Relationship Manager II

Remote US

SUMMARY


Responsible for high-level relationship management for one or more assigned clients that are strategic to Dark Matter Technologies. Serves as the primary management contact and client liaison with the responsibility for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, and the overall management of client relationship. Identifies areas where continuous improvements can be applied.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategically focused and responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, and the overall management of client relationship

  • Serves as the primary management contact and client liaison during delivery of Dark Matter Technologies solutions

  • Maintains contact with client at an executive level, focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship. Represents the enterprise to the client and the client to the enterprise

  • Works to maintain and grow the client relationship while ensuring ongoing customer service. Leads the sales effort for incremental revenue opportunities and contract renewals. Identifies new business opportunities and coordinates with appropriate sales personnel for opportunities of new Dark Matter products or service

  • Coordinates with the delivery organizations to ensure the delivery of continuous and effective services, and ensures project completion within budget and in accordance with contract requirements

  • May lead personnel who assist in the management of the client relationship. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function

  • Identifies areas where continuous improvement can be applied, oversees the implementation of the change, and measures the level of improvement

  • Performs other duties as required


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. Master’s Degree is preferred

  • Requires 10+ years of relationship management experience

  • Requires 2+ years of leadership/management experience


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of Dark Matter products, services and capabilities

  • Mortgage industry experience

  • Proven track record in client relationship management and/or the sales of technology products and services

  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

  • Displays strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Exhibits a high degree of initiative and analytical skills to handle and solve complex problems with minimal impact to the enterprise and the client

  • Demonstrates the ability to lead by example and motivate professional level staff

  • Displays strong leadership qualities, decision making abilities, and strong business judgment

FLSA Designation (US Only):

Exempt

Salary Range:

The estimated base salary range for this role is USD$112,500.00 - USD$137,500.00 per year. We include salary ranges in job postings only where required by applicable pay transparency laws, based on the jurisdictions in which the role may be performed. The posted range is a good faith estimate and reflects factors that are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary based on job-related factors, including work location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant considerations.

Other Compensation (US Only):

This role will also be eligible for participation in a Company profit sharing bonus plan. Plan details will be provided to you upon hire.

Full time employees will also be eligible for enrollment in a wide range of choices of benefits , including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, short/long term disability, 401(k) participation (with company match).

Time off (US Only):

The Company provides a minimum of 10 days of vacation for new employees , sick time based on state requirements, 8 Company-paid holidays and 2 personal holidays per year.
