Job Description:

The Intapp Walls & AI Enablement Solution Engineering Consultant is responsible for providing technical guidance and implementation to clients on various Intapp products. This role combines expertise in SQL databases, Boomi, ETL tools, and enterprise legal software with the ability to apply AI-driven approaches to streamline implementations and enhance solution outcomes. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are critical to ensuring client success and alignment with business objectives. 

 

Essential Job Responsibilities 

  • Provide technical guidance to clients on Intapp products, integrations, and opportunities to leverage AI-driven capabilities to strengthen data security and compliance. 
     

  • Develop and implement integrations and solution designs using Boomi and other ETL tools, incorporating automation and intelligent processing where appropriate 

  • Identify opportunities to accelerate delivery through modern tooling, including AI-assisted development and data transformation techniques. 

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather consulting requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals. 

  • Ability to lead and drive projects forward, ensuring timely progress, alignment with objectives, and delivery of measurable results 

  • Provide regular updates and reports to the project team on consulting status. 

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact consulting success. 

  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues 

  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the consulting team. 

 

Qualifications & Requirements 

Education 

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, or related technical field. 

 

Experience 

  • Required: Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical integrations, preferably with Intapp systems or legal software systems. 

 

Skills 

  • SQL databases 

  • Boomi (formerly known as Dell Boomi) 

  • ETL tools 

  • REST and SOAP APIs 

  • Intapp Integrate, Boomi Integrations 

  • Intapp Open, Intapp Walls, Intapp Time 

  • Experience applying AI tools or automation to improve development efficiency and solution delivery 
     

Physical Requirements 

  • Ability to work in an office environment and perform tasks that may require sitting, standing, and using office equipment. 

  • Ability to effectively collaborate in a fully remote, distributed work environment 

 

The Compensation range for this role is $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.

Your specific salary will be determined based on several factors:

  • Location-based market rate for the role

  • Your abilities in relation to the job specification

  • Performance during screening and interview

  • Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location
