This role requires regular in-market presence across Oʻahu, Maui, Kauaʻi, and Hawaiʻi Island.

What You'll Do

Strategic Partnerships & Operator Network

  • Grow relationships with operators, wholesale partners, resellers, online travel agencies (OTAs), and tour desks throughout Hawaiʻi.

  • Leverage your existing tourism network to generate warm leads, referrals, and partnership opportunities that contribute to the commercial pipeline.

  • Represent Peek at industry events, trade shows, tourism organizations, and operator meetings across the islands.

  • Build and strengthen strategic partnerships that support market growth and long-term customer success.

Product Expertise & Demo Execution

  • Become the leading expert on Peek Pro within the Hawaiʻi market.

  • Develop Hawaiʻi-specific use cases, workflows, and demo scenarios tailored to local operators.

  • Deliver engaging, operator-focused product demonstrations, both in person and virtually.

  • Translate platform capabilities into practical solutions based on each operator's business needs.

  • Serve as the product and solutions expert during sales engagements, addressing technical questions and demonstrating workflow-specific value.

Market Intelligence & Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Gather operator feedback, competitive intelligence, and market insights and share them with internal stakeholders.

  • Contribute to the evolution of Peek's Hawaiʻi go-to-market strategy by identifying market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.

  • Partner with Product, Partnerships, and Leadership teams to ensure Hawaiʻi's unique market dynamics are reflected in product development and commercial planning.

  • Help establish a scalable, relationship-driven growth model for the region.

Sales Support & Deal Execution

  • Partner with the sales team on active opportunities by participating in discovery conversations, operator meetings, and product demonstrations.

  • Support pipeline development through lead generation, introductions, and relationship building.

  • Help drive deals to successful outcomes by providing market expertise and product knowledge.

  • Ensure seamless handoffs during onboarding to promote strong adoption and customer success from day one.

Customer Success & Account Management

  • Own post-onboarding relationships with operators to ensure successful adoption and long-term value realization.

  • Conduct regular onsite and virtual business reviews to increase platform utilization and strengthen customer relationships.

  • Identify expansion opportunities, including additional features, integrations, and booking growth initiatives.

  • Proactively identify and address churn risks through engagement, problem-solving, and strategic account planning.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to operators as they navigate growth, operational changes, and evolving distribution strategies.

What You Bring

  • Deep knowledge of the Hawaiʻi tourism landscape, including operators, distribution channels, wholesale partnerships, and market dynamics.

  • An established network of operator, partner, and industry relationships across the Hawaiian Islands.

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, B2B sales, account management, or a related commercial role, ideally within tourism, hospitality, travel, or SaaS.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and create value through partnerships and relationships.

  • A passion for technology and the ability to quickly develop deep product expertise.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.

  • A collaborative, self-directed, and highly accountable working style.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.

Nice to Have

  • Existing relationships with tour, activity, and attraction operators across Oʻahu, Maui, Kauaʻi, and Hawaiʻi Island.

  • Experience with SaaS, booking technology, reservation systems, or travel technology platforms.

  • Familiarity with Hawaiʻi's wholesale distribution ecosystem, including resellers, OTAs, and tour desk networks.

  • Experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, pre-sales, or customer-facing product advisory roles.
